TĪNG Lounge is offering the ‘Love Is In The Air Afternoon Tea’, crafted in partnership with luxury British fragrance brand, Jo Loves. Guests can indulge in delicious Valentine’s Day themed pastries inspired by the brand-new Rose Collection, a miniature Shard dessert served on dry ice for that extra wow-factor, truffle burgers and signature cocktails and mocktails.
Price: On Valentine’s Day, the afternoon tea will be priced at £98 including a flute of Veuve Clicquot Rosé, NV. On all other dates, the tea will be priced at £78 with tea and coffee or £88 with a flute of Veuve Clicquot Brut, NV.

Valentine's Day Dinner at TĪNG
On Valentine’s Day and Saturday 15th February, TĪNG Restaurant is serving up love with a luxurious four-course menu, including highlights such as Lobster Ravioli and Dry-Aged Beef Fillet, plus a Love Vacherin sweet treat infused with Black Pepper, Lemon and Rose – all complete with a flute of bubbles.
Priced at £210 per person with a flute of Veuve Clicquot Rosé, NV included. For an even more magical evening, secure a guaranteed window seat for an additional £50 per person.

Valentine’s Day Weekend Window Experience at GŎNG
Guests can share the love and the food at GŎNG bar with an exquisite sharing menu of hot and cold dishes such as Rainbow Maki Roll, Wagyu Beef Tataki and Chicken Yakitori.

Valentine's Weekend Sky Brunch at Sky Lounge
Available on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th February for £79, guests can celebrate Valentine’s Day high above the clouds at Sky Lounge with a three-course meal and the Sweet Sensation buffet.
Couples can indulge on the Valentine’s-themed desserts and a decadent cheese selection, as well as hero dishes including Lobster Tail, Shang Veal Schnitzel, and Vegan Wellington.
